Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgs aldante boil potatoes


  • 4 nos onion paste


  • 1 cups fresh tomato puree


  • 2 tsp dahi


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 2 nos bayleaf


  • 2 pinch crushed kasuri methi


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt ,as taste


  • 3 tsp mustard oil


  • 2 piece special masala: cloves


  • 1 piece cinnamon


  • 1 piece black elachi


  • 1 inch ginger piece


  • 1 tsp desighee

Directions

  • Special masale ko ginger and water ke saath pees le isme 1sp desi ghee add kar de keep aside should be covered.
  • Aldante boil potatoes ko peel kar fork se holes kar le isse masala potatoes ke andar tak chala jata hai.
  • Wok main oil smoke kare sab se pahle bau leaf add kare phir garlic paste saute kare onion paste dale
  • bhune ache se onion ko bhune ke baad phir fresh tomato puree add kare ginger paste and sabhi dry masalas dale bhune wayer dale
  • half cup phir baby potato add kare slow heat kar covet kar 10 minute tak pakaye phir dahi ko beat kar thora sa pani add kare
  • dahi ko potatoes main mix kare 2 minute paka le gas off kar de
  • jo special masala cover kar ke rakha tha vo add kare
  • kasuri methi sprinkle kare mix well properly and serve with garma garam steam rice or simple chapati ke sath.
